Integrated Assured Solutions Ltd exists to give railway projects assurance they can rely on. This policy sets out how we make sure our work is right.
We provide RAMS management, safety assurance, independent safety assessment and safety authorisation support to railway infrastructure projects. Our clients, and the assessment bodies and safety authorities who read our work, depend on it being right.
We deliver every assignment to the client's stated requirements, the applicable standards and legislation, and the professional standards of our discipline.
We accept only work we are competent to do, and we say so when we are not.
We keep our technical judgement independent of commercial pressure, and we declare and manage any conflict of interest.
We make every deliverable traceable to its requirement, its evidence and its reviewer, so that a safety authority can follow our reasoning.
We release no deliverable without independent technical review.
We listen to our clients, record what goes wrong, correct the cause and improve.
We maintain a quality management system that meets ISO 9001:2015, set measurable quality objectives, review them at least annually, and commit to the continual improvement of the system.
This policy is approved by the Director, communicated to everyone who works under the IAS name, available to interested parties on request, and reviewed at each management review.
Our quality management system is built to ISO 9001:2015. We are working with ISOQAR, a UKAS accredited certification body, towards certification. The Stage 1 assessment was completed in September 2026. A copy of the quality manual and the current status of certification are available on request.
